You must supply us with the following information to help
us deliver the gift certificate to the recipient:
1. Amount of each gift certificate
2. Number of gift certificates
3. Recipient's shipping or email address
In addition, if you wish, you
may also give us the following information:
1. Sender's name
2. Recipient's name
3. Gift Message
4. Date of delivery of the certificate

we will print it on the certificate before shipping it

Q. How do I order a gift certificate?

A. You can order a gift certificate
by clicking on the Gift Certificates link on the Home
Page. This will take you to the Gift Certificates page,
where you can click on Order Gift Certificates to start
the ordering process.
You are required to have an account
with to order gift certificates. If you haven't signed
in or, if you have not created an account on you'll be
asked to do so before ordering the gift certificate(s).
On signing-in, you can place your order. Order Gift Certificates
now!

Can I buy gift certificates of any amount? |

A. You may buy gift
certificate(s) of any Rupee amount between Rs. 250/- and
Rs. 25000/-

Will you deliver gift certificates on a date of my choice? |

A.
You can specify the date on which you'd like us to deliver
the gift certificate(s) to the recipient. We will make
every effort to have it delivered on that day. However,
as of now, we do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

Do you have any shipping and handling charges for delivery
of paper certificates? |

As an introductory offer, we will deliver gift certificates
free of delivery charges to the recipient. Currently, we
ship only to locations in India. |

How do I pay for a gift certificate order? |

A. You
can pay for your gift certificate order by paying Cash
on Delivery. However you may choose to pay by Cheque or
Demand Draft made on M/s Kamal & Co payable at Chennai.
We will ship the gift certificate after your payment is
cleared. (If you are living outside Chennai please add
Rs.50/- per cheque, being clearance charges).
If you buy Corporate
Gift Certificates in bulk, you can also pay for the gift
certificate order by cheque/cash. We will process your
order on receiving your payment.

Will you deliver gift certificates bought in one order to
multiple email or shipping addresses? |
A.
As of now, we can only ship
gift certificate(s) bought in one order to only one email
or shipping address. Currently, we can deliver only to 850
locations within India.

For our corporate customers,
we also offer Corporate Gift Certificates that can be
redeemed on the store. On bulk orders, we provide the
following customized services:
- Delivery to multiple shipping addresses
as per your mailing list
- Printing of your organisation's logo
on the Gift Certificates (for quantities> 1000)
- Printing customised messages on the
certificate
- Acceptance of payment by cheque
- No delivery charges for shipping
